8 Months!

By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth.
Baby Center

How far along? 8 months! 32 weeks! 56 more days till I'm due.
Total weight gain: Okay fine, I'll tell you......62 pounds. I know. It's a lot. I'm going to lose it, even if it takes all year.
Maternity clothes? Is this question even necessary anymore?
Stretch Marks: Uhh yeah, they are popping up EVERYWHERE! Oh well. At least I get to be a mommy.
Sleep: Sleep/laying down=pain.
Best moment this week: Seeing my little girl in the 3D ultrasound!! Also, I got all my yarn and new crochet books that Josh got me for Christmas and I learned how to make amigurumi dolls and they are SOOO cute! Posts/pictures of that to come.
Movement: She still likes to stick her butt up on the right side
Gender: She has lady bits and it's been confirmed via 3D
Labor Signs? Lots of pain! I had a Braxton-hicks contraction lastnight while we were laying in bed. At the ultrasound today, we found out she is head down and in position!
Belly Button in or out? It is so flat and stretched to the MAX!
What I miss: Not having back pain. My back pain is getting worse.
What I am looking forward to: Birthing this baby, especially after seeing her today!! I can't wait to meet her.
Weekly Wisdom: Don't feel bad if some days you just need to lay around.
Milestones: Baby dropping and getting in birthing position.

**Notice that the description of pregnancy this week says my baby weighs 3.75 pounds. I just want to reiterate that MY baby weighs 5lbs 9oz. Yeah, that's what I said**
