35 Weeks!

Your baby doesn't have much room to maneuver now that he's over 18 inches long and tips the scales at 5 1/4 pounds (pick up a honeydew melon). Because it's so snug in your womb, he isn't likely to be doing somersaults anymore, but the number of times he kicks should remain about the same. His kidneys are fully developed now, and his liver can process some waste products. Most of his basic physical development is now complete — he'll spend the next few weeks putting on weight.

How far along? 35 weeks
Total weight gain: Oh shut up. Why do you care anyway. It's a lot. I'm huge. But I did lose one pound!
Stretch Marks: Yep
Sleep: Uhhhhh depends on how much pain I'm in and if I have my pillows arranged right.
Best moment this week: Looking forward to my next OB appointment to get some more information on the duration of this pregnancy and my bedrest. From what I've read online, I have a mild case of PIH and should still be able to deliver vaginally which makes me happy!
Movement: Still rolls and pushing but the frequency is slowing down.
Gender: Girl
Labor Signs? I had my first internal at the hospital. My cervix was closed, high and thick. No contractions.
Belly Button in or out? It's really trying to come out.
What I miss: Uhhhhh being skinny.
What I am looking forward to: Meeting my daughter. I can't wait to kiss her face.
Weekly Wisdom: Just because you've never had blood pressure issues doesn't mean that you can't get them and when they tell you to take it easy, and you don't and then you feel like you are going to have a heart attack....it might be time to listen.
Milestones: Each day that passes is that much more time for Hunter's lungs to develop incase I have to have her early.
35 week belly picture, stretch marks and all! I have no shame!
