While Hunter is sleeping......

I have a few minutes and just wanted to go ahead and tell you that I gave birth 6 days ago and I have lost 19 pounds already!!! I realize that a lot of it is birth related and the water I was retaining is gone now....but still, it's so motivating! ::HIGH FIVE::

Wow girl! I am so glad that everything went well, except for the whole Bell's Palsy issue, but you will be ok. As for that whole projectile pooping. I had that happen too. The whole family was watching while I changed Paige and then she started shooting poop everywhere and everyone laughed while I cried because everyone was laughing!

Pregnancy Timeline

6-29-09: Positive Pregnancy Test. Completely unexpected. I wasn't even late yet! 4 weeks pregnant!
7-17-09: First OB appointment with Dr. L
7-19-09: Threw up for the first time!
7-21-09: First U/S! Heart Rate was 131
8-14-09: Heard the Heart Beat for the first time. 170
8-19-09: 2nd U/S actually looking like a baby!
9-20-09: Daddy felt his first kick!
10-9-09: First big baby items arrived today!
10-14-09: 3rd U/S! It's a GIRL!
11-11-09: 4th U/S! Still a GIRL! Heart has 4 chambers! She kicked the U/S tech! Heart rate was 158.
12-21-09: OB appointment. Measuring 3 weeks ahead. Estimated baby weight is currently between 3-4 pounds. Still have 11 weeks to go. Say a prayer for me. She's a big girl. Heart rate was between 140-150.
1-4-10: OB appointment. Measuring 2 weeks ahead. Heart rate was between 140-150.
1-11-10: 3D Ultrasound. 100% GIRL! Heart rate 154 and weight was 5lbs 9 oz. Still measuring 2 weeks ahead.
1-18-10: OB appointment. Measuring normal again. Heart rate was 147.
1-26-10: Admitted to L&D for high BP and heart rate. Baby is perfectly fine!
1-29-10: Discharged from L&D with Pregnancy Induced Hypertension and put on strict bedrest.
2-1-10: Back to L&D. Discharged same day with a muscle strain in my lower abdomen. Ultrasound showed a GIRL weighing about 6lbs 1 oz. Back to measuring 2 weeks ahead. Oh yeah, and I'm dilated to 1 cm.
2-3-10: Diagnosed with mild preeclampsia by Dr. L. Have to have weekly ultrasounds and lab work. Not dilated anymore.
2-6-10: Back to L&D with high blood pressure. Having mild contractions. Discharged sameday.
2-8-10: Off to L&D to get induced tonight! Pre-eclampsia is just getting worse.
2-9-10: Discharged AGAIN from L&D. Still pregnant. Induction started and then postponed. Rescheduled for 2/15
2-12-10: OB appointment. BP of 158/110. Back to L&D for good this time. Cervidil scheduled for 2/14 pm. Pitocin scheduled for 2/15 am.
2-15-10: Gave birth to my beautiful baby girl! 7 lbs even, 21 inches long. 3 weeks early and perfectly healthy!
