30 Weeks!

Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now, and she weighs almost 3 pounds (like a head of cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds her, but that volume will decrease as she gets bigger and takes up more room in your uterus. Her eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after she's born, she'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day. When she does open them, she'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision — which means she can only make out objects a few inches from her face. (Normal adult vision is 20/20.)

How far along? 30 Weeks!! I can't believe it! 10 left! Maybe 8 or 9 if we're lucky. I'm selfish.
Total weight gain: Maybe I will discuss this at week 40.
Maternity clothes? Yep and thanks to my husband I got a whole bunch of new ones that are so super cute and comfy!
Stretch Marks: Still just the ones I've mentioned. Although my brother tried to scrunch up my belly (however you do that) and show me that I had another one, but it was just the imprint from my shirt. Geez...butthead.
Sleep: Some nights its good, last night is was HORRIBLE!!
Best moment this week: Christmas, my brithday, family.
Movement: If she is awake, she is moving! She kicked me in the bladder for the first time. She really likes the right side of my belly. She hangs out over there.
Gender: Girly
Labor Signs? I have been having minor cramping. Nothing severe, I'm pretty sure they aren't braxton hicks cause my belly doesn't get hard like a contraction....
Belly Button in or out? Still an old vagina.
What I miss: I dreamt about wine last night. It's weird cause I'm not a big drinker so it must be cause I can't have it.
What I am looking forward to: Going into labor eventually. Weird I know.
Weekly Wisdom: I haven't really learned anything new this week. I think I'm starting to "nest" cause I get this restless urge to clean.
Milestones: I think being 30 weeks is a milestone. It's like going from 3rd base to home!
