He left our Earth this morning to join his wife Phoebe who passed in 2006.
Born in Florida, John moved to North Dakota when he was 2 years old. He lived a fun life in North Dakota with many playmates. After living in North Dakota for 2 years, he traveled to New Mexico and built a strong bond with a little girl named Kambria. New Mexico wasn't a happy place to live and he wasn't able to receive the exercise he needed to be happy, so he moved to California in 2009. His final home. California was a very happy place for John to live. He spent a lot of time outside of his cage, romping through the house and hiding the dog toys, and most recently, the baby toys, under the couch. He loved his strawberry yogie treats and would come when he was called. He also loved to curl up in any clothes or blankets left on the floor, and take a long peaceful nap. He greeted his mom with a wet nose to the face each time she picked him up. He never really got the hang of potty training, but now he doesn't have to worry about that in Heaven. He will be free of any pain and suffering he may have experienced here on earth.

A gentle creature, taken too quickly and without warning. I will miss you John and love you forever. You had the sweetest face a creature could have and you were my first baby.
